What Does a General Cleaner Do?
As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and setting up assigned public areas within the staff accommodation compound. You will play a key role in maintaining a hygienic and comfortable living space for all ambassadors while following hotel cleaning procedures and safety standards.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Clean, tidy, and prepare all assigned areas of the ambassador accommodation according to operational standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment used, ensuring proper storage
- Understand and use cleaning products safely and effectively
- Perform special cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the General Cleaner Supervisor
- Securely manage issued keys and return them at the end of each shift
- Submit any lost and found items found during cleaning duties
- Support the well-being of hotel ambassadors by ensuring hygienic and tidy shared spaces
- Participate in daily team briefings with the Accommodation team
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor
