Job purpose:
To perform painting repairs of customer vehicles as per business Standards
Job responsibilities:
Description
Strategic Implementation
Carry out painting jobs instructions on the repair order and standards.
Completion of job within allotted time.
Maintain productivity & efficiency attributes.
Provide Feedback on additional repairs to Team Leader.
Inform in advance about the delay in work to Team Leader /Foreman
Must carry out over time whenever the workshop load increases as per Team Leader /Foreman/Controller's request.
Recording the paint material drawn on the job card.
Inform/obtain approval from Team Leader for additional repairs
Ensure that materials drawn on job cards are used for respective vehicle.

• Handling of customer's vehicle in a safely manner

Learning & Growth
Ensure to use protective covers for customer vehicles
Cleanliness of work area
Usage of protective mask during paint repairs
Keeping overhauls and shoes in a clean condition
Policies, Procedures and Corporate Governance
Ensure W/S safety procedures and requirements are strictly followed as per SOP and safety gears used at workplace (personal safety/equipment safety/customer's vehicle etc.)

Educational Qualification

• 2 year I.T.I in Automobile / 3 year Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical or equivalent.

Work Experience
(Consider work experience requirement to do the job; x of years, .)

• 5 years minimum experience in Dealership with minimum 2 years as a Painter.

Competencies
(Consider certain technical skills to do the job, Analytical Skills, Persuasives , Strategic Thinking etc.)

• Physical fitness to carry out the repairs
• Computer literacy
