Key AccountabilitiesMaintenance and troubleshooting of various workshop equipment's such as servo - drive system, automated welding, cutting equipment's etc.Power units' electro mechanical system repair, maintenance and troubleshootingDrive units, Shiplift & transfer carriage control unit maintenance. Maintain housekeeping of work place at required standards.Ensure appropriate use of tools and machinery, preventing excessive wear and tear and breakdowns.Report any malfunction of tools and machinery to immediate supervisor.Take initiative to pursue self-development through on-job-training/education.Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.Work within allocated timescale to meet department targetsAttend any training for any activity required by the department.Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.Qualification & Experience/ SkillsITI electronics with minimum 3 year's experience.Experience in mechanical, hydraulic with electrical experience Electro-Mechanical with Soft Ware Experience (PLC).Knowledge and Experience in ship repair and new building yard.Basic knowledge AC motor drives, inverters, PLC Transducers, communication system etc.
