We're looking for motivated Field Technicians to handle the installation and maintenance of telecom and data equipment at customer locations. The role involves delivering excellent service, ensuring timely task completion, and maintaining professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Install, test, and maintain customer devices and related network components.
Handle daily assignments efficiently and ensure all required tools and materials are available.
Attend scheduled service and repair requests promptly.
Coordinate with the technical support team for complex issues.
Record all field activities, job details, and completion status accurately.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service updates or rescheduling needs.
Maintain professionalism, proper appearance, and workplace cleanliness.
Continuously learn and develop technical skills to enhance performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,900.00 per month
Experience:
