Job Overview
As a Technician focused on kitchen maintenance, you will handle equipment troubleshooting, scheduled servicing, and emergency repairs. Your role is crucial in supporting food service operations and maintaining high guest satisfaction in a luxurious hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify kitchen equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks based on assigned schedules
• Complete work orders and log emergency jobs accurately
• Collect required tools and parts from engineering stores and document their usage
• Keep organized maintenance records and escalate issues beyond your scope
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workspace, complying with safety standards

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain maintenance logs and task completion reports
• Report any major faults or repair delays to supervisors

Governance & Standards

• Follow hotel and engineering safety guidelines
• Ensure hygiene and maintenance standards in all kitchen areas

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Secondary education required; vocational or trade certifications preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of kitchen systems and safety protocols
• Basic computer skills and fluent English communication
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a multicultural environment
