Technician / Handyman

to handle maintenance, repairs, and technical support across our portfolio of managed properties.

Role Overview

This is a

full-time, on-site role

based in Dubai. The Technician will be responsible for responding to maintenance issues, performing repairs, overseeing contractor work, and ensuring all properties are kept in excellent condition. You will work closely with our operations and guest relations teams to ensure every property is guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance at all managed properties. Handle minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Repair or replace fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed. Coordinate with external contractors or specialists for major repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or the operations team. Maintain a log of all repairs, materials used, and time spent. Ensure properties are clean, functional, and safe for guest arrivals. Support setup and furnishing of new properties when needed. Manage maintenance tools, materials, and supplies responsibly.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a

Technician, Maintenance Worker, or Handyman

(preferably in hospitality or property management). Knowledge of basic

electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting

work. Valid UAE

driving license

is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across locations. Basic English communication skills (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus). Strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Must be

based in Dubai

and available for on-call maintenance when required.
