Job Description

We are Looking for experienced Home Maintenance Technician who can join immediately with Valid Bike License.

Competitive salary with Visa + Free Accommodation

Must Have Your Own Visa

Requirements:



Must have 2 Years UAE experience Must have valid UAE driving license Must have experience in AC repairing, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, handyman and general repairs etc. Flexible in job timings, Excellent communication, interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:



Planning and carrying out scheduled home maintenance. Responding to emergency maintenance work. Diagnosing faults in electronic appliances. Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff. Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings. Creating maintenance procedures. and reporting to direct managers.
