We are currently seeking skilled and proactive Female Technicians, initially hired through third-party rolls and considered for permanent company rolls after 6 months, based on performance. This role is vital to ensuring the upkeep, functionality, and safety of our fitness club facilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs across all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain air conditioning units, lighting, and power systems.
Conduct general carpentry and basic construction repairs (e.g., door handles, lockers, etc.).
Inspect and repair plumbing systems, including pumps, pipes, fixtures, and leakages.
Ensure all equipment and facilities comply with safety and operational standards.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
Coordinate with external vendors when necessary and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance.
Strong knowledge in at least three of the following areas: AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or MEP systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Relevant technical/vocational certification is a plus.
