Overview of the role:
We are looking for a skilled Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools in line with Toyota Motor Corporation standards. This role is key to delivering a high-quality Fix It Right (FIR) process and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through efficient, high-standard automotive service.

We are looking for a skilled Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools in line with Toyota Motor Corporation standards. This role is key to delivering a high-quality Fix It Right (FIR) process and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through efficient, high-standard automotive service.
What you will do:
- Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using electronic tools and repair manuals.
- Perform General Repairs, Periodic Maintenance, AGR (Advanced General Repair), and accessories fitment.
- Achieve workshop targets in productivity, sold hours, and utilization.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Fix It Right process and 5S/Health & Safety procedures.
- Complete and maintain quality reporting through Electronic Vehicle Checks (EVC).
- Maintain high Net Promoter Scores through excellent customer-facing service.
- Document technical cases and submit AGR reports.
- Follow OEM quality and process standards without supervision.
