Overview of the role:

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining and servicing Material Handling Equipment, with a primary focus on Toyota and BT models. Your mission is to ensure these machines operate at peak performance, offering our clients the reliability they depend on. You will diagnose and rectify issues, emphasizing a "get it right the first time" approach.

What you will do:

• Conducting mechanical and electrical repairs with a strong focus on troubleshooting and diagnosing Toyota Material Handling Equipment, particularly electric, BT, and VNA models.
• Swiftly diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions, ensuring that every repair is done right the first time.
• Proactively identifying potential causes of problems while working on tasks both within the workshop and in the field.
• Utilizing the appropriate tools and implementing best practices as outlined in service manuals to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
• Reading, comprehending, and implementing instructions from workshop manuals. Where applicable and available, using service checklists to streamline and standardize procedures.

Required skills to be successful:

• Proficiency in English Communication: Effective communication in English is crucial to interact with our team and clients. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Your ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with colleagues and customers is vital.
• Proven Technical Expertise: Demonstrated technical expertise in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components is a fundamental requirement. Your hands-on experience is invaluable in ensuring top-quality service and maintenance.

What equips you for the role:

• Educational Foundation: A fundamental background in basic or technical education and/or a recognized apprenticeship program.
• Trade Certificate / Diploma: Holding a trade certificate or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is essential to ensure a solid foundation in the field.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Material Handling Equipment, preferably focusing on Toyota or BT models, is required to demonstrate your technical competence.
• UAE Driving License: Possessing a valid UAE driving license (manual) is mandatory to facilitate mobility and fieldwork.
