Our Client, a leading precision robotic surgical equipment manufacturer and distributor requires an Arabic speaking Technical Skills Trainer for their Dubai location. Key Skills required for the role are as follows:

• Incumbent will need to be enthusiastic about Sterile services, enjoy working as part of a cross-functional team, interacting with clinicians, engineers, medical professionals, technicians, and business partners and ideally have some, or all the following:
• History of being involved in Sterile Services education training, auditing, and programs
• Strong relevant experience working within Sterile Services and instrument reprocessing
• Appreciation of best practice and the challenges of working in Sterile Services
• Knowledge of Sterile Services environment, terminology, common procedures
• Knowledge of healthcare Sterile Services industry and trends
• Ability to build relationships with key customers
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills including a clear and concise writing and presentation style, particularly when describing technical content
• Comfortable working with highly technical material, and strong ability to present the complex in clear, simple terms
• Ability to contribute within a team environment
• Meet deadlines, work independently, and use MS Office application
• Ability to train and audit in SSD

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to AED13,000.00 per month Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Laparoscopy training and procedures.: 2 years (Preferred)
• Medical Robotic Equipment Training: 2 years (Required)
