TECHNICAL TRAINER Position Title: Technical Trainer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 27K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: One of the leading companies in providing a fully comprehensive telecommunications and security suite backed up by world-class engineers and world class technology : \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver technical training courses required for each level of repair and maintenance \xe2\x80\xa2 Define and prepare the course syllabus with the direction of Senior Training Specialist \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop SAT certified training courses \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess individual training needs and compile individual training plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance, when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide progress and performance reporting

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to UAE nationals \xe2\x80\xa2 40 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Higher diploma with at least 10 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with at least 6 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with experience and knowledge within the military and its training programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SAT approach to training is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
