Job Summary
The Technical Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality technical delivery, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring developers, driving best practices, and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide technical guidance.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

2. Technical Delivery & Architecture

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis.

3. Project & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and allocate work efficiently.
• Communicate technical risks, challenges, and progress to leadership.

4. Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and technical debt reduction.
• Advocate for modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, etc.).
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in [relevant tech stack, e.g., Java/Python/JavaScript, cloud platforms, etc.].

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in backend/frontend/full-stack development (specify stack).
• Experience with microservices, APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
