Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist, who will be responsible to interact with the technical issues, provide product/services information, answer Inquiries, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best technical support representative is genuinely excited to track, understand then fix the system technical issues. They’re patient, empathetic, well thinking, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming Customers / clients communications via text, web chat, or email.
- Help the clients to set up and understand to use our platform to manage their businesses smarter.
- Guide the clients to use the platform to achieve a higher level of productivity.
- Resolves the technical issues, and forward the advanced issues to the leader/concerned team.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
- Escalate problems that cannot be solved in a reasonable time frame.
- Resolve day-to-day queries and process their tickets to the concerned teams.
- Maintain professional character while representing Salla.
- Providing updated reports with regards to clients’ satisfaction
- Handling requests internally, and daily tasks.
- Monitor system logs and records and escalate the same if necessary.
- Debug and apply the troubleshooting of the entire areas for the received technical inquiries/complaints.
- Deliver the technical challenges to the engineers and follow up to inform the customers at the fix time.
- Bachelor’s/ Diploma Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or IT.
- >2 years of experience in Customer Service, E-commerce, Logistics, or any relative.
- Very good English level, speaking, reading and writing.
