Job Title: Technical Skills Specialist



Job Summary:

The Technical Skills Specialist is responsible for assessing and enhancing the technical skills of employees through training, support, and continuous development. This role involves designing training programs, providing technical guidance, and ensuring teams stay up-to-date with relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:



Assess technical skill levels and identify areas for improvement. Develop and deliver technical training programs and materials. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for employees' technical challenges. Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align training with company needs. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance tracking. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Assist in achieving certifications and compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Strong technical expertise in relevant areas (e.g., software development, IT, cybersecurity). Experience in designing and delivering technical training. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
