Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams and connectivity issues.
Manage user onboarding & offboarding, device setup, and access provisioning.
Support Microsoft 365 administration, including:
User creation & license assignment
Permissions management
Mailbox troubleshooting
Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive access support
MFA/login troubleshooting
Support routine server and network tasks:
Basic checks, patch support, and reporting issues
Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting
Coordinating with ISPs for network faults
Support day-to-day network operations including basic administration of switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Assist with endpoint security tools (AV/EDR alerts, device compliance checks).
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure devices follow company IT standards.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement warranty and repairs.
Experience
2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities across Windows OS, Mac OS and Microsoft 365.
Experience with M365 administration (mandatory).
Basic understanding of Entra ID, endpoint security and networking fundamentals.
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Exposure to Microsoft security tools (MFA, CA, Intune, Defender) is preferrable.
