Job Description
We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer & Presales who will be based in Abu Dhabi. Requirements:
- Multiple Hikvision NVR, DVR, VMS (Hikcentral) and associated hardware work stations, installation, and setup.
- Configuration of Hikvision CCTV system, Access control, Video Intercom, Digital Signage,Video Wall and other ELV systems as per customer requirements
- Preparing Technical Solutions/BOQ as per MCC and SIRA regulations.
- Instructing the Technicians in Installation of CCTV, Access Control Systems.
- Preparation of regular monthly report related to security systems
- Meet and discuss with client end users and other stakeholders, on the CCTV and associated networking infrastructure for the project design.
- To design and implement CCTV and security designs in accordance with relevant status and codes to do so in accordance with industry best practice and group quality assurance systems.
- Communicating regularly with the Operation Senior Management and others to ensure effective Integration and prioritization of technical issues to Resolve them effectively
- Acting as the specialist CCTV technical liaison with the implementation team this position is based on client sites with visits to the job site location to support the role and tasks. Also support other disciplines of the project in various project office locations.
- To be responsible and accountable for the proposed integrated technical solutions design across various subcontractors and documentation.
- Commissioning/Configuration of CCTV and Access Control System as per the System Integrator/Client requirements.
- Develop professional relationships with the client by demonstrating an understanding of their business and their technology requirements and achieving reliable, timely, and high-quality delivery.
- UAE driving license and car required.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
