Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide 24/7 first-level technical support for fixed access products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills to effectively handle and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide first-level technical support for fixed access products such as voice, internet, and data circuits. Handle technical complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently. Utilize technical and communication skills to address customer concerns. Operate and troubleshoot using various Network Management Systems (NMS) and applications. Maintain proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ensure the technical support team meets set KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:



Degree/Diploma in IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. Knowledge of GPON technology and fixed access products. Basic understanding of routers, switches, and IP networking. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
