Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Higher English proficiency with fluent oral communication skills.
2. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
3. Proficiency in CAD; experience with 3D software is a plus.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and ability to engage in technical discussions.
5. Prior experience in a related industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop customized technical solutions based on client requirements.
2. Proficiently use CAD to design electrical schematics and mechanical processing drawings.
3. Prepare and distribute production drawings to the manufacturing department according to client specifications.
4. Clarify technical solutions, promote company products, and drive project success.
5. Propose post-sales service solutions when needed, guide field technicians in debugging, and ensure technical standards are met.
