Technical Support Coordinator
with experience in
fintech

gaming
, or
web platforms
. The ideal candidate must be fluent in
Korean (spoken, written, and reading)
and comfortable working in fast-paced digital environments. This role involves coordinating support operations, communicating with both users and technical teams, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical support processes between customers, internal teams, and vendors.
Handle and prioritize incoming support tickets and escalate when needed.
Provide clear, accurate communication in both
Korean
and
English
.
Maintain support documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Track and report on support metrics, trends, and team performance.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Fluency in Korean and English (spoken, written, and reading)

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good technical understanding of web-based platforms or applications.
