We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Technical Supervisor - Electrical Engineer

to oversee and manage electrical works at construction sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have

passed the ADDC exam

and possess at least

5 years of hands-on experience

in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical installation activities Ensure that electrical works are carried out according to ADDC standards, project drawings, and specifications Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to project teams Manage site teams and subcontractors for effective execution of electrical tasks Handle site documentation including inspection requests, method statements, and as-built drawings Liaise with consultants, contractors, and ADDC for inspections and approvals Monitor project timelines, ensure quality control, and enforce safety regulations

Requirements:

ADDC exam passed

(Abu Dhabi Distribution Company certified) -

mandatory

Minimum

5 years of experience

in electrical supervision for construction projects Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, load scheduling, and cable layouts Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documents Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Excellent communication and leadership skills Good command of English (Hindi is a plus)

Preferred:

UAE Driving License Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi
