The Role

Guildhall, a leading executive search firm in the UAE, is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in the construction and engineering industry. The client is looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Professional to support their operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical documents, assisting with proposals, and creating high-quality presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and prepare high-quality construction method statements, technical specifications, and procedural documentation - Design and create well-structured, visually impactful presentations and tender documents using MS PowerPoint and MS Office Suite - Support the preparation of technical proposals and project documentation in coordination with engineering, commercial, and project teams - Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, planning, design) and external stakeholders (consultants, clients, subcontractors) to gather and refine project-related technical information - Ensure all technical documentation aligns with project objectives, timelines, and compliance standards - Maintain and organize digital archives of all technical content and updates - Assist in preparing client-facing materials for project reviews, progress meetings, and submissions



Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in technical documentation within construction or engineering environments - Strong writing and technical documentation skills, especially related to method statements and project deliverables - Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Proven ability to create professional and visually compelling presentation and tender materials - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) - Outgoing personality with a positive and team-oriented attitude - Chinese and Arabic languages understanding is a plus - All nationalities are welcome to apply
