TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ENGINEER ArrowaEUR(TM)s Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer. In this position, Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirements.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create Security Policy based on customer requirements. . Creates systems configurations based on customer requirements, offers product recommendations and runs alternative configurations that may present a better solution to the customer. . Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions. Trains sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them, as well as provides pre-sales product training. . Keeps up to date with new products that are introduced and maintains product certifications. . Prepares technical presentations and vendor trainings to partners on products and solutions and provides product demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs. . Educate partners, inside sales, and other technicians on products and solutions This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What are we looking for?

You have experience in a similar position within solutions engineering/pre-sales engineering within a relevant sector.

Experience in network and security.

Can build and develop strategic business relationships using soft skills

Great communicational skills in English

5+ years Technical Information Technology background/experience.

Effective communication with people at all levels.
