As a Software Analyst for our International Team, you will come in as a Techical Software Analyst to conduct demos to our clients, facilitate user trainings, and improve the quality of our products for our customers. You will act as a liaison for PCI connecting with our clients, building relationships, and updating our customers on our PCI products. More Importantly, you will have the expertise and knowledge to take our software to the next level and make our customers more successful in the process.
Duties:
Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements
Provide application support and consulting to internal and external clients on the proper use of PCI products
Improve the quality and enhance the features of PCI software products by working with application development team.
Perform testing, documentation, and quality assurance for new product features
Conduct UAT and work with business users on project sign-offs.
Engage in customer communication via routine calls and round tables
Track customer satisfaction and upgrade planning
Create and maintain product testing and customer adoption efforts
Coordinate/facilitate training sessions
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Technical Degree Preferred
5-8 years\' experience in a role such as Business Analyst, Software
Analyst.
Experience with Java or any object-oriented programming languages (preferred)
Experience in Utilities (preferred)
Experience with customer onboarding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to perform under pressure
Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems
Must be committed to customer service and demonstrate appropriate attention to customer needs and requirements when making decision and taking action
