We're looking for a hands-on Technical Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage a small technical team, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. The ideal candidate has experience in maintenance, fabrication, or installation-related work and can coordinate between clients, suppliers, and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assign daily tasks to technicians and subcontractors
Plan, schedule, and monitor ongoing technical works or maintenance jobs
Ensure permits are processed on time
Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely resolution
Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and management for smooth execution
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years experience in technical supervision or similar role
Strong understanding of maintenance, fabrication, or installation workflows
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
