We are currently looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join us at our facility in Tangier (Morocco).

The Technical Service Specialist provides the technical interface (related to paint) with the customer and manages action plans related to issues and faults generated in the Room dilution to achieve the objectives set by the site manager.

Responsibilities: Respect and enforce site safety rules. Manage teams of technical assistants, Monitor and achieve the objectives of the site progress plan (productivity plans, products, developments, projects, continuous improvement, etc.), Have interpersonal relationships / empathy, Guarantee a better reputation of the Axalta group with the customer. Actively participate in the site progress plan. Ensure the proper functioning of technical assistance. listening to customers, guarantor of quality, dominating the paint application process.

Main activities: Analyze the causes of Product / Process faults and propose action plans, Establish and manage the technical action plans necessary for the success of the site progress plan, Actively participate in manufacturing points (Fab meeting, quality point (QRQC), process audit, etc.). Provide technical training for employees and new employees (Process Manager and Technical Assistants). React quickly and efficiently to a production hazard: non-conformity Aspect / Colorimetry / Non-PAD defects. Assist and ensure the presentation of quality subjects in the QRQC meeting. Collect and analyze Product / Process defects in the painting department (Daily monitoring). Assist and present the improvement action plans produced in the CAPS instance. Reporting of the colorimetry situation to the Axalta Lab and being the guarantor of color compliance (body / bumper) on the Renault site. Continuously improve the body / bumper aspect according to the requirements drawn up by the client. Audit the daily paint application PDS (cabin conditions / Robot / Manual application ...) Audit the Cataphoresis and sealant process and prevent the impact on the paint application upstream. Ensure the monitoring of programs and trigger the production of batches of products.

Key requirements Linguistics: English (fluent and technical: read, written and spoken) and French Knowledge of automotive OEM finishes and coatings experience desired Bachelor of Science in engineering or related field Techniques: Methods / Process engineering, Continuous improvement, Project management, ... Managerial: Management of a large and versatile team, Spirit of leadership, rigorous and serious. Leadership: mobilization of skills, sense of belonging, collaborative involvement. Occasional travel required (once a year)
