What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair photocopiers, fax machines, and printers
• Install, configure, and network office automation equipment for clients
• Meet KPIs and revenue targets as defined by management
• Provide professional communication and educate customers on product usage and utility
• Improve service penetration and client satisfaction in assigned territory
• Support cross-functional learning across IT, AV, and mobile systems when required
• Perform field-based and on-site technical support projects

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Electronics or Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance and networking experience with office automation equipment and printers
• Strong diagnostic, IT, and networking skills
• Customer handling experience with effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in information management and familiar with sales support processes
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
