Technical & Sales Specialist – Marine Paints
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for marine paint products, including application guidance
Manage and grow sales in the marine yachts and ship
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer visits.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, marine contractors, and distributors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marine paints/Sales
Knowledge of surface preparation, coating systems, and technical standards.
Strong sales and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
