Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Client Support

Act as the technical advisor for composites applications: vacuum infusion, prepregs, sprints, autoclave curing, multiaxial NCF fabrics, adhesives, and coatings. Provide on-site support, training, and troubleshooting for clients across multiple industries. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to raise awareness and adoption. Support R&D trials, material selection, and design optimization in collaboration with global suppliers.

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue in composites and advanced materials. Identify and pursue new clients, projects, and distributor partnerships in the Middle East. Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, bids, and negotiations.

Market Leadership & Growth

Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, technical support, and marketing campaigns. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts and contractors. Act as a brand ambassador, positioning the company as a preferred partner in advanced materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Marine/Aerospace Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years' experience in composites/advanced materials industries. Strong knowledge of epoxy systems, adhesives, coatings, structural foams, carbon/aramid reinforcements, prepregs, sprints, and autoclave technologies. Proven track record in sales/business development with technical products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work in a client-facing environment.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
