We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive with proven experience in Sales and Knowledge in security system products/projects with strong communication skills and public relations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (contractors, consultants, developers).
Present and promote ELV products and solutions (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Video Intercom Systems).
Effectively communicate client needs and report promptly
Prepare and follow up on sales proposals.
Explain technical features and benefits of ELV systems to non-technical clients.
Coordinate with the engineering or design team for solution design and drawings.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
Handle client queries and minor technical clarifications.
Research market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
Generate leads through calls, networking events, site visits, and referrals.
Arrange and lead meetings, presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and facility managers.
Pricing, offering presenting and negotiating security solutions to our clients inline to their need.
Providing technical advice and new product introductions.
Requirements and Skills
Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in Security System Services firm
Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, access control, Structured Cabling, Video Intercom, BMS, etc.).
Technical Skills: Ability to understand technical proposals and system integration basics.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organization, time management, and scheduling skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is mandatory.
