You will have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new suggestions. Preparation of quotation for various partners\xe2\x80\x99 products and services. Working on turnkey lab project with a team. Source, select, negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services for all projects assigned. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents and maintain a complete purchasing record. Maintain and follow up submitted quotations, purchase order and deliveries and resolving any issues on orders and deliveries with logistic team member. Resolving any related issues with the customers with regards to quotations and deliveries. Assist in preparation and submission of any tender or contracts Supporting sales team on their cases Coordination of Training at Factory and at customer site Vendor registration and update Management support in all administrative task Job requirements This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management experience. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills. Applicants must have:

• Should Possess a Engineering degree preferable Chemical Engineering
• Applicants should have at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in same field
• Knowledge of logistics is plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office products including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English.
• Travel might be required to visit our partners.
• A positive disposition.
• Should be a Bahraini Citizen
