Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description
We\'re looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to work with our team to develop and implement sales strategies that will help us grow our business. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding existing accounts. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to our sales team and customers. Technical Sales Engineer Duties:
- Coordinate all contacts with customers, provide technical clarifications, provide sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new or improved systems, products, or services
- Present technical findings to management or other employees
- Analyze sales, inventory, and financial information
- Set-up and maintain various software programs
- Work closely with customers to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with their accounts, and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop technical sales presentations to educate accounts on solutions, and deliver technical training sessions
- Develop technical proposals while providing value-for-money options, and presenting estimated costs and associated benefits prior to contract execution
- Develop and maintain customer contact and follow-up records
- Develop actionable, customized solutions to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s business goals
- Lead sales efforts toward meeting or exceeding company targets
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in engineering or science
- 1+ yrs\xe2\x80\x99 in technical sales or technical sales management
- Proven technical sales experience, including presentations to decision-makers
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
