- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company\'s products or services to customers.
- Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. based on company sheet and CRM/sheets.
- Send proposal, response for RFP, RFI and tenders
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the relationship with partner.
- Provide trustworthy feedback before sales and after sales support
- Report regularly (Weekly basis) on sales progress and work to overcome obstacles.
- Ensure full Customer satisfaction over the sales/delivery process
- Ensure on time implementation and delivery of sold services by doing regular follow ups with Customer/vendor/Supplier and manage the job on site.
- Build the technical and commercial knowledge about the company product and services matching the customer need.
- Understand technically the company solution and able to present it for target customers.
- A bachelor\'s degree in engineering
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- UAE Driving license an advantage
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Duct Cleaning Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Kitchen hood Cleaning Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Soft Services: 1 year (Required)
- Facility Management: 1 year (Required)
