Job Description
Job Title: Technical Resource Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: Min 2 Years Language: English Education: Bachelor's degree General Summary Manage and supervise Oracle technical solutions and consultation. Manage clients and their expectations. Perform a technical analysis of customer business targets Manage the technical team and coordinate communication in and out with the Oracle functional teams. Monitor team performance and compliance with the business processes in the workplace. Discuss the possible and suitable processes to improve system utilization and automation. Design, develop, and monitor end-to-end ERP solutions (workflows, framework personalization, framework customization, reports, and APIs) that fit with Oracle eBiz 12 Suite framework such as Quantum, Time and Attendance, Hyperion data uploads, Ariba integration, Fab Host-to-Host (Nafura), and Treasury Management System (third party) JV sweeps and MT940. Daily Oracle support Coordinate the team workload balance. Maintaining healthy customer relationships via onsite presentations, solutions, and services phase-in sessions Mapping technical requirements Perform solution testing and documentation. Strong knowledge of integrations with Oracle
