within a fast-paced consulting environment. You will get direct exposure to real client mandates, technical sourcing strategies, and hiring processes across multiple technology and non-technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Create, post, and manage technical job advertisements across job boards and professional networks.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, and internal talent databases.
Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS systems, and candidate pipelines.
Prepare candidate profiles, summaries, and client-ready CV formats.
Support client recruitment projects, submitting candidates and tracking feedback.
Assist with recruitment campaigns, talent mapping, and bulk technical hiring initiatives.
Provide administrative assistance to the Technical Recruitment and HR teams as required.
Support onboarding and compliance documentation when applicable.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
.
Keen interest in
technical recruitment and talent acquisition
.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
