We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including ISP/OSP engineers, Civil site staff, Job Performers, and NOC Engineers. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates to meet project and organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from hiring managers for technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical fit.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Telecom/ISP/OSP/Civil engineering domain.
Strong knowledge of technical job profiles (ISP, OSP, Civil, NOC).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
