Technical Project Manager at Pagero is a highly dynamic role that includes diverse tasks and responsibilities. The primary task is to lead customer projects of different kinds from start to finish. As a Technical Project Manager, you lead and run several Pagero projects for different customers and you will guide the customers to the best solution in the Pagero platform, acting as the expert on Pagero Services. The Project Manager is the cohesive link in the projects between sales, customers and the project team and has great opportunities to influence and make decisions. You are also responsible for ensuring that the customer’s interest is taken care of throughout the customer journey. You’re the customer’s natural partner and understand and familiarize yourself with the customer’s core business and will guide your customers to the best solution in the Pagero platform acting as the expert on Pagero Services. Other responsibilities include:
Leading large and/or complex projects with national/international clients such as large corporations, professional services firms and financial institutions
Engaging over different delivery types. Projects, enablement, premium engagements and implementations
Competence of building trust and positioning the value of Pagero delivery with customers
Project Management responsibilities throughout the entire project lifecycle
Resource allocation for projects
Project planning and steering toward milestones
Guiding the customer to best practice solutions
Proactively developing customer use of Pagero services
Presales
Business Analysis for new markets, countries, or services
Leading Workshops
Reporting and follow-up
Defining and refining internal processes
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent education/experience required. Desired Skills and Experience 2-5 years of software application implementation experience. ERP and/or O2C, P2P platforms preferred Implementation experience in complex projects, engaging with Finance, Tax and IT stakeholders Strong communication and facilitation skills for demonstrations, presentations, running workshops and engaging with senior management teams Ability to understand of customer needs and how the implementation project may impact changes in business Keeps up to date with Enterprise Business Capabilities trends and best practices Position type: full time employee Location: Dubai, UAE Last application date: 25th September 2022 About Pagero Group We believe business should be easy.
