Position Overview:

Join our team as a Technical Project Manager and lead the successful delivery of complex technical projects. Your experience in project management, software development, and technical expertise will be critical in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project timelines and budgets. As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive innovation and deliver value to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans, and processes Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they're delivered as expected Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives Schedule project timelines Make estimates for the budget and schedule Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiative

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years of Technical Project Management experience Strong understanding of Software Development and Project Life cycle Must have experience managing clients and their respective projects Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Experience in managing after-sales services, including troubleshooting, technical support, and providing product training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to client management Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement in client relationships

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in the Middle East or the GCC region, with knowledge of the local market and business culture Master's degree in project management or related technical field Project management certification Previous experience working in a technical, B2B client management role
