br Effectively lead cross functional amp technical project teams and collaborate with business and vendors on project deliverable Managed CAPEX and OPEX projects worth under a million to 5M USD br Manage delivery of applications customs modules data migrations and integrations digital transformation projects using Scrum amp waterfall methodology br Preparing detailed project plan schedules risk mitigation plan project financials br Estimation of resources and participants required to successfully deliver project as per BRD br Conducting project steering committees amp working group meetings br Preparing amp presenting and published various artefacts for project monitoring controlling and project status meetings br Stakeholder amp vendor communication amp management br Managing stakeholder Business Leads amp other involved parties expectations before and during project implementations and releases br Requirement analysis and design coordination documentation... implementation br Facilitating scrum ceremonies daily scrum sprint planning sprint demos and sprint retrospective meeting br Tracking and mitigation of delivery risk with stakeholders BLS BAs amp technology support br Managing and coordinating with vendors and consultants and conduct vendor evaluation meetings based on RFPs br Working closely with Architecture amp Technology Support Testing Teams for project deliveries quality assurance br Project estimations and financial forecasts with sufficient level of detail to support baseline estimates monitoring and report progress of project initiatives tracking payments invoices br Ensure all are aligned and adhered as per INFOSEC guidelines br Coordination with INFOSEC for risk assessment with Internal Controls for operations amp procedures br . Effective in communication, negotiation, and problem solving. Analytical / Critical thinking. Conceptual understanding of root-cause-analysis, time-scope management. Significant level of Technology awareness of digital, core and other banking domains; operational knowledge and experience. Knowledge and experience on Project Management, and Vendor Management (including contract negotiations). Must be a University degree holder. Preferred certifications: PMP, Prince 2, Scrum Agile, Digital Certifications. Minimum 5 years of experience with project delivery/management in BFSI or Fintech
