Position Overview:

The

Technical / Project Manager

will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing civil construction projects from start to finish. This role involves managing the project team, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of project execution, from initiation to handover. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules. Monitor progress against project timelines, costs, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, local laws, and contractual obligations. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly. Oversee material procurement and ensure timely availability of resources. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams. Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders. Manage claims, variations, and project documentation. Lead, mentor, and supervise engineers, site staff, and subcontractors. Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Arab National

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum

15+ years of experience

in civil construction. UAE experience is highly desirable. Proven track record in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and contract management (FIDIC knowledge preferred). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar). Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
