Job Description
Technical Project Manager (TPM) -- Tech stack exposure (governance of IT)
Must show experience managing delivery of:
UAE-based cloud hosting program delivery with high availability and disaster recovery planning. Multi-stream build spanning: core web platform + GIS/CAD automation + API integrations + data migration + security testing + UAT + deployment. Coordination with multiple external/internal systems and contractors (ITCP and other system owners).
Key tools/areas TPM should be comfortable governing (not hands-on coding):
Agile delivery (sprints/MVP fast-track), release calendar, environments (Dev/UAT/Prod), DR readiness, UAT sign-offs, service transition into O&M.
