# Hiring - Technical Product Owner- #TPO- Client - A government entity based in U.A.E Key Requirements: Taking ownership of the technical aspect of the mobile applications, provide technical leadership to the mobile team. Assisting extending the team with the right talent. Dealing with external vendors and In-house development team to develop and add new features on the apps, translate the requirements to the functional team, and work with them to make sure to deliver a high-quality software. Bachelor's Degree in Computers Expertise with Swift 5, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, and Xcode 12. Expertise with Kotlin, Java, and Android Studio Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and people management skill. 2 years' experience leading a software development team 7 years' experience in programming software applications. Experience developing mobile apps that use web services. Agile / Scrum experience. 9 years of experience in mobile application development (iOS & Android) Based in UAE- Onsite.
