# Hiring Technical Product Manager- #TPM Client - A government entity based in U.A.E Key Requirements: As a Technical Product Manager, you will help drive roadmap and define new features and capabilities for various products. Work closely with business teams to understand needs and validate product capabilities. Work alongside the engineering team to determine the ideal user experience. Translate that to a set of requirements, and then drive execution and delivery. Work with the UI/UX team, to make sure the products vision and the company's visual identity are reflected across all our web products. Create the foundation for new architectures that the whole development team can leverage to minimize development time and ensure a unified visual identity - Align work and focus between development, UI/UX Interact with different stakeholders (business analysts and business owners) for product definition and feedback. Lead the design team and prioritize according to technical priority constraints - Ensure product vision and branding are followed - Ensure UI reusability to minimize development time - Define and plan UI reviews as part of SDLC Identify and overcome SDLC and technical points of failure - Architect web application architecture alongside lead developers and stakeholders - Be involved in architecture implementation alongside team members - Be involved in technical design decision-making and implementation Bachelor's degree in Computer science, engineering or related fields 1 year of experience as a Product owner 5 years of experience in software development with a strong technical background Wide spectrum of software development skills (writing quality code in one or more languages, SDLC, DevOps and CI/CD understanding, cloud services and API integrations, identifying and addressing security flaws. Certifications from renowned software/technology entities (i.e.: Google developers, Microsoft, AWS. Based in UAE- Onsite.
