The primary responsibilities of this role include:
o Reviewing all technical purchase requests raised by the yachts before final approval.
o Coordinating procurement of spare parts, supplies, and services.
o Liaising with on-board teams to track requests, orders, and deliveries.
o Advising on the latest developments in tools and applications to enhance efficiency and savings (including consumables such as fuel).
o Providing detailed six-monthly procurement reports to Client on all purchased items.
Requirements:
o Proven experience in procurement within the maritime or shipping industry
o Experience with SAP procurement systems is essential/Advantage.
o Familiarity with open-book procurement practices, quotation comparison, and supplier agreements.
o Ability to work within the procurement matrix and approval framework defined by Client.
