Own platform strategy and translate it into a product roadmap

Manage platform development process end-to-end (customer needs, product costs, stakeholder management, schedule and backlog)

Analyse platform metrics

Implement backlog prioritization

Optimize internal teams user experience

Streamline product launches, stabilization, and support

Collaborate with stakeholders

Cultivate supplier and vendor relationships (build new relationships, oversee procurement, ensure one-team concepts)

Mentor internal and vendor engineers

Qualifications

Education and Professional Qualification:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT. Masters degree in IT is preferred

Certifications in Cloud platforms development is preferred

Experience:

10+ years software development experience with 3 years in technical product/platform management role

Strong system architecture, application design, development and testing experience

Experience with MACH (Mobile, API, Cloud-Native, Headless) architecture platforms.

Strong experience with Cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (App Engine,

Compute Engine, Cloud Run/Serverless, Storage, CloudSQL, BigQuery, etc.)

Strong experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using best industry tools (Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins)

Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes

Experience building Mobile and Web applications and platforms (NodeJS, Python and

Flutter, PHP, ExpressJS, Laravel, ReactJS and React Native Frameworks

Strong experience with search engines (ElasticSearch or Algolia)

Understanding of Oracle eBusiness suite and various other Oracle modules, configurations, and underlying technology.

Experience with designing and developing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows
