Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Personnel / Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QS/QA) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building and construction materials, along with experience in quality assurance and quality control practices. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet the required industry standards and specifications, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality control procedures across all stages of production. Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of materials used in construction. Monitor and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for compliance with quality standards. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to address any quality-related concerns. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to construction materials and product specifications. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assessments. Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure continuous improvement in material performance. Ensure that all materials comply with building codes, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines. Provide technical support to the sales and operations teams as needed. Assist in the development and review of technical documentation, including product specifications and installation guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance within the construction materials industry. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and related technical standards. Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and certifications (e.g., ASTM, ISO). Proficiency in technical software and tools for material testing and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a technical or engineering role within a building and construction materials company. Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in construction materials. Experience with laboratory testing and analysis of construction materials Age: 25-35
