Role Overview

We are looking for a

Technical Operations Lead

to own and manage day-to-day operations across our technology systems. This role sits at the intersection of

technology, operations, and process automation

, ensuring smooth workflows across the BNPL platform, CRM, ERP, customer support tools, and analytics systems.

This is a

mid-senior role

with strong ownership and future leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end workflows across BNPL platform, CRM, ERP, support, and analytics systems Ensure data accuracy and smooth integration across multiple systems Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of multi-system issues Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Risk, and Support teams on technical issues Identify and implement workflow automation and process improvements Act as the technical point of contact for BNPL vendors and system partners Support merchant onboarding from a technical workflow perspective Maintain clear documentation of workflows, processes, and system logic Assist the CTO in future system planning and platform enhancements

Required Experience & Skills

4-7 years of experience in technical operations, systems analysis, integration support, or application support (L3) Strong understanding of system workflows, data flows, APIs, and integrations Experience working with CRM / ERP / support or analytics tools (any platform) Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Experience coordinating with vendors and external technical teams Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
