CEC Building Contracting LLC is seeking to hire a qualified Technical Office Manager to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all technical office activities and oversee project technical workflow.
Prepare and review pricing, cost estimates, and BOQ items.
Prepare and check accurate quantity take-offs for all work items.
Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and finance departments
Prepare and review technical drawings and shop drawings.
Follow up on material requests and approvals with the procurement team.
Prepare periodic technical reports for management.
Ensure all works comply with project specifications and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience within the Dubai, UAE in the contracting field.
Strong experience in pricing, quantity surveying, and procurement.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
Excellent reporting and time management skills.
