Analyze and report market needs, value chains, trends, and competitive landscape in NeoSpectra’s strategic markets.
Drive definitions of product portfolio including product value propositions, product positioning, and technical product requirements in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
Ensure alignment of product vision and implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
Distill the technical and commercial value proposition into digestible messages tailored to different stakeholders (e.g. different customer types, segments, or industries).
Support in creating, planning, and executing go-to–market product marketing strategy.
Work with marketing team in developing and maintaining collaterals and marketing assets (e.g. publications, sales tools, websites, videos, presentations).
Present NeoSpectra products in tradeshows and industry events.
Support sales and distributors training on key product features, messaging, and target customer profiles.
Work with product managers to collect and assess customer feedback on products and decide on appropriate actions accordingly.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
BSc degree in Engineering.
Ability to prepare proposals for innovative and effective solutions that address blends of technical, business, and usability constraints.
Previous experience in technical marketing or product marketing position for a company that delivers B2B high-tech products is a strong plus.
Demonstrated success in launching marketing campaigns for products is a strong plus.
Previous experience in spectroscopy, SaaS, or IoT is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills in all different forms: oral, written, and technical documentation.
Excellent command of English language.
