Job Advertisement: Technical Manager for High-Rise Building Project

We are seeking a highly experienced

Technical Manager

with 15-20 years of expertise for an exciting

high-rise building project

in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Technical Oversight:

Manage the technical aspects of the project from design through construction, ensuring adherence to technical standards and specifications.

Design Coordination:

Oversee and coordinate between design teams and consultants to ensure that technical specifications align with project requirements.

Quality Control:

Monitor and enforce quality assurance and control processes, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and project specifications.

Technical Problem Solving:

Provide timely solutions to any technical challenges or issues that arise during the project's lifecycle.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure that all engineering practices comply with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards in the UAE.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with the project manager, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and technical efficiency throughout the project.

Technical Documentation:

Ensure the preparation and submission of technical documents and reports, including approvals, drawings, and site assessments.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and coordinate technical teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

Experience:

15-20 years of experience in technical management for large-scale high-rise building projects.

UAE Experience:

Must have substantial experience working on projects in the UAE.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP systems in high-rise buildings.

Educational Qualification:

A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Skills:

Expertise in AutoCAD, BIM, and other relevant engineering software.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
